Meaning, your payment is sent and analyzed by Authorize.NETl, to verify identity based upon the information you provide, checking for any potential fraud on each transaction.
Upon verification and completion of their protection methods, they send the transaction back to us to fulfill/complete the order. This is all done using the most updated security features on the internet. PROCESSING
Processing times usually take 2-5 business days. Any delays will be notified to you via email.
Exchange/Return/Refund Policy Statement
Be sure of your sizes, styles, and colors – every order is custom made to your specifications and in NON-RETURNABLE with except to possible processing errors, and shipping damage.


EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

  • Granted, only on basis of order error in fulfilling your order, (example; Custom Shutters sending wrong size, color, style vs. what was ordered, and / or material defect),
  • Where-upon we have; received notification and responded / sent verification of our error. (In circumstance of material defect; photo of received items is required, please attach to email request, or send with correspondence).
  • All returns for exchange MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending back for exchange.
  • All requests must be submitted within 10 days of original shipping date.
  • All verified exchange items must be returned in "AS NEW" condition, any alteration of any item of merchandise void's exchange / refund policy.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

  • Once the necessary verification information is received by our customer, simply print a copy of (RMA#) with nature of our error (size,color,style,defect); include in return package, and ship back to us via FedEx label we will provide if product needs to be sent back to us.
  • You can expect your return refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 7-10 business days of our receiving and processing your exchange. (We reserve the right to adjust time frame of an exchange / shipping refund based on exchange volume. All adjustments will be notified to you via email).
